FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. -- After a 76-year-old woman was struck and killed in a Reston intersection on August 28, police continue to search for the driver of the vehicle that killed her and will be canvassing the area on Sunday evening.

The victim, Hung Soon Seo, was struck on North Shore Drive at the intersection of Village Road at around 5:15 p.m. She was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she was pronounced dead less than five hours later.

Fairfax County police initially believed Seo was hit by a newer model black Nissan Altima with tinted windows and silver trim on the front. They now believe the suspect may have been driving a yellow Ford Escape that possibly has front-end driver's side damage. They are searching for the drivers of both vehicles, as they believe the Nissan driver was a witness to the hit and run.

They are also asking anyone else with information about this incident to come forward. Witnesses may contact FCPD detectives through the CRU witness phone line at 703-280-0543.
