Va. massage therapist charged with inappropriate touching

MCLEAN, Va. – The Fairfax County Police Department has arrested a 55-year-old message therapist for inappropriately touching a 25-year-old woman, according to officials. The incident occurred at the City Massage & Bodywork located at 1481 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, Virginia on Friday, August 26th.

Police say that the woman has an appointment at City Massage & Bodywork at 7:15 p.m. on August 26th. Juan Carlos Villanueva allegedly touched her inappropriately. The woman was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital for an examination and treatment.

On Thursday, officials report that detectives obtained 12 criminal warrants for Villanueva. The report says that he has been charged with two counts of inappropriate touching, five counts of practicing without a license, and five counts of operating an unlicensed massage business. The warrants were served on Thursday.
