WASHINGTON, D.C. —  A Virginia man is facing indecent exposure charges in the counties of Arlington and Fairfax.

Metro Transit Police said William Madison, Jr., 47, Alexandria, was arrested on July 29 after being located by the MTPD warrant squad. Police said, the first offense happened in Arlington County on March 28, 2016. According to MTPD, Madison was aboard a Franconia-bound Blue Line train when he exposed himself to a woman aboard the train.  After the arrest, police said, Madison was released on his own recognizance.

A few weeks after his arrest, MTPD said, Madison exposed himself to another woman aboard the Vienna-bound Orange train around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August, 15, 2016. MTPD detectives said they were able to identify Madison by using cameras and got an arrest warrant.  Metro police said they arrested Madison at the Huntington Station while attempting to enter the Metrorail system. He’s being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on a $1,000.00 secured bond.

Transit Police detectives believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information is asked to call MTPD criminal Investigators Division at (301) 955-3000.
