Help Wanted: This week’s job fairs in the DMW

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Looking for a job in the Washington, D.C. metro area? Here are a few job fairs this week to keep in mind!

The first fair is hosted by Joint Base Andrews on Thursday, August 18. There will be more than 30 employers attending the fair, as well as more than 30 schools. The fair gets underway at 10 a.m. at Joint Base Andrews. There a few requirements for those planning to attend. You much bring several copies of your resume, dress professionally or in a military uniform, and make sure you bring you CAC or military ID. If you’d like more details, you can visit their website.

The next job fair is also being held this Thursday. EU Services is hosting a job fair in Rockville, Maryland. Some of the job openings include operator, helper, and handler among other positions. Be sure to bring your resume or a filled out application. The fair will begin at 10 a.m. and last until 4 p.m. at North Horners Lane in Rockville. You can RSVP here. 

And, finally, mark your calendar for next Saturday. The Adams Center is holding its first ever 2016 Job Fair and Professional Networking Expo. It’s being held on Sugarland Road in Sterling, Virginia. The fair starts at 10 a.m. This organizations is one of the largest communities in the D.C. metro area. For more information, you can head over to their website here.
