Police search for robbery suspect in Loudoun Co.

ASHBURN, VA – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has released a photo of a suspect in connection with an armed robbery at the pharmacy inside a Giant Store in Ashburn, Virginia. The incident occurred on Monday, July 25th.

Officials report that shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Monday, the suspect entered the Giant Pharmacy located at 43670 Greenway Drive and presented a note demanding prescription narcotics. It was implied that the suspect had a weapon, but one was not produced during the robbery. The suspect was able to procure an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs. Police say that no one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 20 and 30. He is approximately 5’8″ to 5’10” with a slender build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a blue sweatshirt with a hoody, blue jeans, and a ball cap. The suspect was also wearing sunglasses and white bandage tape which concealed the suspect’s face. He was walking with a case while inside the store.
