Metropolitan police investigate fatal Southeast shooting

WASHINGTON, DC – A man is dead after a fatal shooting that occurred in the 3500 block of 18th Street on Saturday morning, police say.

At approximately 12:10 a.m. police responded to a call for a shooting. According to police, upon arrival on the scene members located an adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim, who was identified as 30-year-old Antoine McCullogh, was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

This is an on going investigation.
