June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, and many people are going purple across the country to help raise awareness and make a difference in the fight against the disease.

Ruth Drew, Director of Family and Information Services at the national office of the Alzheimer’s Association in Chicago, joins NewsPlus with Mark Segraves to talk about the Alzheimer’s Association and to raise awareness about the disease. In this video, Drew discusses the misconceptions about Alzheimer’s and how caregivers and families can cope.
