D.C. police ask for help in locating missing woman

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman in the District. Angel Lipscomb, 36, was last seen in the 1100 block of Varnum St. Northwest on June 11.

Angel Lipscomb is described as a white female, 5’6″ tall, weighing 141 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair. Lipscomb was last seen wearing a black fitted jacket with blue flower pant, a hot pink shirt, and black tennis shoes.

This case is being investigated by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call either the Youth and Family Services Division at (202) 576-6768 or the Command Information Center at (202) 727-9099. Anonymous information may also be forwarded to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
