Trainer Maurice Williams gives tips on staying healthy at work

WASHINGTON, D.C. --  May is National Physical Fitness and Sports month and a great time for people to make an effort to fit more physical movement each day.

Millions of Americans have a sedentary lifestyle  but there are ways to incorporate physical activity  to stay healthy.  Communities and families can work together to get everyone moving.

Trainer Maurice Williams provided some tips on staying active while at work and even at home.  Williams is a "Master Trainer" for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. suggest people to start with small changes such as taking short walks after dinner or going for a bike ride.
