Search continues for persons of interest in violent robbery in northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying two persons and a vehicle of interest in reference to a Robbery Force & Violence incident that occurred in the 200 block of 43rd Road, Northeast on Monday, March 21, 2016, at approximately 7:40 pm.

The victim was struck by the subject, causing him to lose consciousness. When the victim awoke, he was missing personal items from his person. The subject left the scene in the vehicle and was later seen with the second subject using the victim’s credit card to make a purchase.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. Crime Solvers of Washington, DC currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a serious crime committed in the District of Columbia.
