WDCW-TV is the Tribune Media owned CW affiliate in Washington, D.C is looking for a motivated candidate for the role of Sales Coordinator.

The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for supporting Local/National/Digital Account Executives and Sales Management to achieve departmental goals.

Entry and maintenance of Local, National and Digital orders

Resolve discrepancies

Monitor sales management phone lines and main station line

Assisting in the preparation of Sales presentations

Utilizing the Wide Orbit, Medialine and other industry applications to enter/maintain orders

Provide backup support for Sales Assistants and Account Executives

All other general office responsibilities as directed

Accurate completion of sales management expense reports

Identifies interactive and social trends to assist in positioning our brands

Oversees all research functions including the practical application of resources from Nielsen, Kantar, ComScore, Media Monitors, Wide Orbit and other tools to expand the sales and marketing effectiveness of our brands in the marketplace

Contextualizes ratings challenges, successes and future trends for sales, programming, promotion, news and executive management

Join Account Executives on client calls to present integrated campaigns based in research

Develop customized proposals, recaps and capability decks for account executives using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, research data and other tools

Assists in the planning and execution of broadcast and digital campaigns utilizing the latest research data to ensure media campaigns are successful
