Prince George’s Co. student ill after eating brownie
PRINCE GEORGE’S CO. – Prince George’s County Police say they are at Charles Flowers High School in Springdale investigating an incident.
Preliminary, police say one student was taken to a health center after feeling ill.
Police say she is one of four known students who ate a brownie at the start of the school day.
Three other students were assessed but not transported for further evaluation.
Police say they are working to see if the brownie contained any illegal substance which contributed to making the student feel sick.
This news comes a day after a St. Mary’s County student was charged for selling pot brownies at school.
