Suspect arrested in Marymount University bomb threat

ARLINGTON CO. – A suspect was arrested after a bomb threat had Marymount University evacuated in Arlington, Virginia Sunday, police say.

After an investigation, the campus was determined to be clear and is now re-opened.

After the incident Arlington County Police tweeted, “With today being April Fool’s Day, we want to remind the public that threats of violence are not a joke and are taken seriously by law enforcement.”
