ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Fairfax County Police officers say they arrested a man who was swinging two Samurai swords at several officers.

According to officials, police received a call on Saturday about a man yelling and knocking over trash cans in the 3100 block of Sherwood Hall Lane. When they arrived, they found 19-year-old Eric Perez, and officers say he started to swing two Samurai style swords in their direction.
