D.C. police horse dies after 10 years on the job
WASHINGTON, D.C. – D.C. Police said goodbye to one of their horses Wednesday morning.
Thunder was a 10-year veteran of the police department and a beloved member of the Horse Mounted Unit, police tweeted.
Thunder participated in inaugurations, Cherry Blossom Parades, the Women’s March, and the visit of the Pope to name a few.
D.C. Police says Thunder will never be forgotten.
