Online threat made against Prince George’s County high school

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Bowie High School is under additional police coverage after online communications ‘that might be considered threatening,’ said their principal in an email this morning.

The school was notified of the post by law enforcement, who are continuing to investigate and are providing extra coverage.

“Please use this as an opportunity to remind your child to immediately speak to a teacher or school administrator about any safety concerns,” said principal Robynne Prince.
