DOJ: Four MS-13 members indicted on attempted murder

BALTIMORE, Md. — Four people who are alleged to be members of street gang MS-13 have been indicted today on charges of gang activities, including violent crimes and conspiracy to commit murder.

Those who were charged today include Fermin Gomez-Jimenez, 20; Manuel Martinez-Aguilar, aka “El Lunatic” and “Zomb,” 19; Moises Alexis Reyes-Canales, aka “Sicopita,” 19; and Marlon Cruz-Flores, 22, all from Annapolis, Maryland.

The defendants are accused of conspiring and attempting to murder two people in Annapolis, as a way to either gain entrance to or strengthen their position in MS-13, on October 23, 2016.
