1 dead, 1 injured in Prince George’s Co. homicide

PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., Md. – The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened early Tuesday morning.

According to officials, officers responded to the 1500 block of Forest Park Drive around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday morning. When they arrived, they found two adult men suffering from gunshot wounds. One of those men was pronounced dead on the scene. The other man was transported to a local hospital. Police have classified his injuries as non-life threatening.

At this time, police do not believe that this was random.
