Fire officials rule Temple Hills house fire as arson

PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., MD —  Fire officials are ruling an overnight house fire in Temple Hills as arson.

The Prince George’s County Fire and EMS spokesperson, Mark Brady, tweeted Monday afternoon saying that officials ruled the the house fire in the 6800 block of Ashley’s Crossing Court as “incendiary.”

Flames engulfed the home around 2 a.m. on July 10. Crews say no one was home at the time of the blaze and no injures were reported.

The estimated cost of damages is about $175,000.

Fire officials have not released any other details on this investigation.
