PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., MD — A 30-year-old man has been extradited from California to Prince George’s County and charged with first degree murder in connection to Marvin Bryan’s death.

Officers were called to the 13000 block of Edinburgh Lane on March 25 around 5:20 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Police say once officers arrived they found the 33-year-old victim shot to death inside a car. During the investigation, detectives say they were able to identify the suspect as Partick Andre Stran.

As investigators worked the case, they say both Bryan and Stran knew each other for several years and had been involved in an on-going dispute.

Stan was arrested in California on May 22. He’s been charged with first and second degree murder and being held without bond at the Department of Corrections.
