Six injured in 2-car collision

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. – The Prince George’s County Police Department reported a two-vehicle collision in Fort Washington, Maryland early Friday morning.

According to officials, officers responded around 1:40 a.m. on Friday near the intersection of Indian Head Highway and Palmer Road. Police say that two cars were involved in the crash, and six people were taken to the hospital in various conditions.

At this time, investigators are working to figure out the circumstances leading up to the collision.
