Three injured in Fairfax Co. townhouse fire

Burke., Va. – According to Fairfax County Fire and Rescue officials, a fire at a townhouse in Burke, Virginia left three people injured.

Fire officials say that the fire broke out at a townhouse in the 10700 block of Spring Oak Court Wednesday morning. Firefighters were able to quickly put out the fire, but officials report that three people were injured. Two of those patients are being transported to a local burn center, while the third is being transported to a local hospital.

Fire crews remain on the scene at this time, investigating the cause of this fire.
