Critical missing teenagers in DC

WASHINGTON, DC —  The Metropolitan Police Department needs your help tracking down two teenagers who are critical missing.

Police say Morgan Richardson, 15, was last seen in the 1900 block of Massachusetts Ave., SE, on March 6.

Richardson is described as a black female, 5’6” tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a light complexion. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, and pink boots.

Also missing, Keon Herder, 19, he was last seen in the 5200 block of Dix Street, NE, on Friday, March 3. He was reported missing on Monday, March 6.

Police say Herder is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes, brown dreadlocks, and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and gray tennis shoes. He also has a earring in his nose.

Keon Herder vanished on Friday, March 3.
