FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A man is under arrest today after police have accused him of biting another man’s face in what they’re calling a ‘bias-related’ November attack.

Robin McGreer, 35, is accused of approaching the victim, a 31-year-old male, threatening him with racial insults, and then biting him in the face and fleeing the scene before officers arrived.

The attack took place at Tysons Corner on Nov. 27, 2016. Police filed a warrant after it occurred, and announced today they have arrested a suspect.

McGreer has been arrested for bias-related malicious wounding. The victim suffered a significant facial wound and was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
