Prince George’s police need help IDing homicide victim

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Police are asking for help identifying a homicide victim who was killed on Jan. 15 in Hillcrest Heights, so they can notify her family about her death.

The victim is an African American woman who stood around 5’6″ and was between 25 and 30 years old. She had several tattoos. Police have provided a composite sketch of her, as well as sketches of her tattoos, in hopes that they will help the public identify her.

Police do not have a suspect or motive in this case. She was found suffering from gunshot wounds on Jan. 15 around 10:10 p.m. in the 3100 block of Good Hope Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
