D.C. police arrest Northwest serial groper

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police have arrested a man in connection with three instances of sexual abuse in which women were approached by a stranger and groped without consent.

There are three incidents police believe the suspect was involved with:

  • An incident in the 1900 block of 15th Street, Northwest on Wednesday
  • Another incident on Wednesday in the unit block Logan Circle, Northwest.
  • A final incident on Thursday in the 1300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, Northwest.

According to officials, the suspect is described as a black man who age ranges between his 30s and 50s. He is between 5’0″ and 5’5″ tall and is described as having a heavy build. He has a dark complexion and a full trimmed beard. The suspect was last seen wearing a red flannel shirt.
