VIDEO: DC Police seek driver of car implicated in two shootings

The vehicle police are searching for

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The MPD are searching for a gray Volkswagen that may be related to two non-fatal shootings that happened on Nov. 19.

The first shooting was around 1:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of A Street, Southeast. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, and the suspected shooter fled in a gray Volkswagen sedan.

The second shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. on the same day, and the same location. Again, the suspected shooter fled in a Volkswagen sedan. This victim was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent offense, including an armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
