Six shot in Prince George’s, two teens slain

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Two teenagers are dead after an incident in Capitol Heights where six total people were found shot in a parking lot.

The deceased are Todd Webb Jr. , 14, who lived in Capitol Heights, and Brian Davis, 18, who was from Northwest DC. The two were pronounced dead on the scene.

Police responded to the parking lot at around 3 a.m. Sunday morning, where they found the two deceased, along with four other victims. Two of those other victims are still in the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries. Police say this is not a random incident.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit at 301-772-4925.
