Maryland man shot to death in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that took place early this morning in Northeast.

Around 3:55 a.m., officers for the First District of the MPD responded to a report of gunshots and arrived on the scene to find Eugene Clark, 39, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.

First responders pronounced Clark dead on the scene. He was found in the 900 block of 10th St. in Northeast. Clark was from Temple Hills, Maryland.

D.C. Police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 in exchange for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call 202-727-9099.
