ROCKVILLE, Md. -- A Montgomery County woman was sentenced Wednesday after leading police on a high speed chase for miles.

The entire chase was captured by an officer’s dash camera.

Police said, 41-year-old Lalona Davis, was high on PCP when she led eight Montgomery County police officers on a high-speed chase through highways and residential neighborhoods for seven miles.

Wednesday, Judge Joseph Dugan, Jr. sentenced Davis to three years behind bars.

“This is her 5th conviction in Virginia, DC and Maryland, over the last 10 years, so this is a situation where this individual was exposed to the maximum statutory jail time and the judge gave it to her, largely on the strength of this dash cam video,” explained Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office Public Affairs Director, Ramon Korionoff.
