PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Police are asking for help to find a missing and endangered 11-month-old, who was last seen at his home with his 17-year-old mother, who is also a missing juvenile.

“Due to Daren’s age and the limited contact with his mother, police are concerned for his welfare which qualifies him as endangered,” stated Prince William County Police.

So far, attempts to locate either the mother, Julyssa Garcia, or her son, Daren Mullins, have been unsuccessful.

Daren has blue eyes and short blond hair. He was last seen wearing grey shorts and a blue and grey striped shirt.

Julyssa Garcia is described as a 17 year old white female, 5’2”, and 130lbs. She has brown eyes and brown hair. Garcia was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, with white shoes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ms. Garcia and Daren is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.
