D.C. police seek person of interest in shooting at McDonald’s

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in connection with an assault that occurred in the 600 block of F Street in Northwest, D.C. on Friday.

Around 11:40 a.m., police officers were alerted to a shooting inside of an establishment. When they arrived, they found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099. Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a shooting committed in the District of Columbia.
