Police release photo of Rockville indecent exposure suspect

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – Police have released a photo of the suspect involved in two Rockville indecent exposure incidents.

Police say the first incident occurred on September 21, 2015 in the 800 block of New Mark Esplande and on May 26, 2016 in the 100 block of New Mark Esplanade. During the first incident police reports indicate that the suspect followed a female resident along the sidewalk and exposed himself. In the second incident the suspect sat on a lake side wall and exposed himself while watching a group of young girls.

According to police, the suspect has been seen in the 9000 block of Shady Grove Court in Derwood on three separate occasions.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early to mid 20s. In each incident he was seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black shorts. Police say in the 2016 incidents he was seen carrying a gray drawstring backpack.
