Soldiers place over 200,000 flags at Arlington Cemetery

ARLINGTON, VA – Soldiers placed more than 200,000 American flags in front of headstones at Arlington Cemetery on Thursday. The event is known as “Flags In.” The tradition of placing flags at soldiers’ graves in Arlington Cemetery dates back more than 60 years.
